Today I took in a car wreck case which also involves worker’s comp. because it involves a person being injured on the job.  Not too many lawyers in Arkansas can handle both cases at the same time but I have been doing so for 23 years.  Make sure your lawyer is versed in both or else it could damage one or both cases!
