Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals

Yesterday, I was in St. Louis arguing a case before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals (one step below the U.S. Supreme Court). It went very well! The three judge panel, who were very active in questioning, were extremely attentive and very engaging.
