Worker’s Comp. & Social Security Disability Cases

Little over 10 days ago, I had a deposition with my client. One of the participants participated via zoom. Logistically, the deposition went off without a hitch.

Last week, I had 4 Social Security hearings that were done by telephone. It appears that the Social Security Administration is looking into doing video hearings in the near future. This will allow my clients the choice of having a phone hearing or doing it via video conference. While I prefer in person hearings, at least a video conference hearing is closer to it than doing it by phone!
